2026 23rd China-ASEAN Exposition

The China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) is an international economic and trade event co-hosted by the governments of China and the 10 ASEAN nations, along with the ASEAN Secretariat. This expo has been successfully held 21 times since its inception in 2004, playing a vital role in promoting the strategic partnership between China and ASEAN, enhancing economic cooperation, and fostering cultural exchanges. It serves as an important platform for trade relations and is a significant part of the Belt and Road Initiative.

The expo features multiple themed sections, focusing on trade, investment cooperation, service trade, advanced technology, and emerging strategic sectors. The goods trade section will highlight product showcases from ASEAN and RCEP countries, emphasizing food, beverages, and agricultural products, with a specific focus on green economy and digital technology applications.

The section dedicated to Chinese products will include smart equipment, green building materials, fashion items, and agricultural innovations, reflecting rapid developments in green and intelligent technologies among Chinese companies.

The investment cooperation section will present achievements by central enterprises in high-end manufacturing and infrastructure construction and the latest collaborative outcomes from key national strategies. The service trade section aims to showcase the cooperation potential between China and ASEAN through aspects like financial services and industrial design, while the advanced technology section will highlight cutting-edge research in aerospace and smart healthcare.

New additions include a strategic emerging sector that focuses on high-growth innovative companies and environmental cooperation, demonstrating how young enterprises and advanced technologies contribute to industry development and tackle climate change challenges.

Furthermore, various ASEAN nations will showcase their representative “Charming Cities” during the event, with Zhengzhou as the representative city from China, providing cultural and business opportunities for participating exhibitors and visitors. In the coming editions, CAEXPO will continue to be a powerful driving force for win-win cooperation between China and ASEAN, continually innovating and enhancing the quality and scale of the event.
