2025 12th China Shanghai International Children's Book Fair

With the auspicious signs of the serpent, we embark on a new journey together. The 2025 China Shanghai International Children's Book Fair (CCBF) will be held from November 14 to 16 at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center. This prestigious fair is guided by the Shanghai Municipal Propaganda Department (Shanghai Administration of Press and Publication) and co-hosted by Shanghai Xinhua Distribution Group Co., Ltd., China Education Publishing Media Group, and Global News Publishing Development Co., Ltd., with Shanghai Rongbo Exhibition Co., Ltd. as the organizer.

Since its inception in 2013, CCBF has quickly established itself as a significant player in the international publishing market, becoming a leading professional exhibition in the Asia-Pacific region that focuses on children's book publishing and content. The success of the fair is showcased in the record-breaking attendance data from 2024, where 497 exhibitors from 32 countries and regions participated, attracting over 42,263 visitors from around the world, highlighting the growing influence of CCBF both domestically and internationally.

CCBF gathers top publishers, high-quality works, cutting-edge creativity, and professional resources with a global perspective, focusing on the innovative power of China and the Asia-Pacific region in children’s book publishing and content. The exhibition is divided into four main sections: the Copyright Zone, Comprehensive Zone, Public Zone, and Functional Zone. The Copyright Zone mainly focuses on copyright trade and cooperation, while the Comprehensive Zone facilitates business exchanges in publishing distribution channels, marketing promotion, and reading advocacy. The Public Zone offers opportunities for the sale of publications and the promotion of reading, and the Functional Zone includes exhibitor service centers, special project displays, and media areas, aiming to enhance the experience for both exhibitors and visitors by providing a rich array of content and platforms for cultural exchange.
