37th China (Zhengzhou) International Sugar and Wine Food Fair 2026

The 37th China (Zhengzhou) International Sugar and Wine Food Fair, also known as the 37th Zhengzhou Sugar and Wine Fair, will take place from April 23 to 25, 2026, at the Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center. This event, rooted in the Central Plains and radiating nationwide, has become a benchmark in the industry after 19 years of development. The theme for 2026 is "Quality Wins the Market, Innovation Wins the Future," focusing closely on the trends of consumption upgrades and industrial innovation to meet the high-quality development needs of the sugar, wine, and food industry.

This year's fair will strive to create an efficient platform for product trade, brand promotion, and trend exchange, helping enterprises seize strategic opportunities in the first year of the 14th five-year plan. With a total exhibition area of 55,000 square meters, the layout has undergone a comprehensive upgrade, incorporating the strategic concept of "Research Trends, Explore New Domains" by establishing 8 thematic exhibition areas and 11 specialized sections, covering the entire industrial chain of sugar, wine, and food to build core competitiveness in the new era of consumption and enhance the value experience for participants.

To adapt to market changes, the fair will introduce a Coffee and Tea Exhibition Area for the first time, showcasing coffee beans, instant coffee, ready-to-drink coffee products, various types of tea, and tea sets, covering nearly 10,000 square meters to meet diverse purchasing needs. Additionally, a new Slow Brew Wine Area will be established, focusing on health-conscious consumption trends with products like health wines, low-alcohol drinks, and herbal wines.

Other key exhibition areas include the Traditional Alcohol Exhibition Area (gathering various types of Baijiu, vintage wines, and more), the Coffee and Tea Exhibition Area (catering to young consumer preferences), the Snack and Gift Food Exhibition Area (covering both everyday and festive markets), and the Craft Beer Exhibition Area (reflecting the diversified demands of young consumers). Also featured is the Equipment Exhibition Area, showcasing production and packaging machinery necessary for full industry chain integration.
