2026 11th China (Chongqing) International Hotpot Industry Expo

The China (Chongqing) International Hotpot Industry Expo (referred to as the Chongqing Hotpot Expo) is a premier event in the global hotpot industry, rooted in Chongqing, known as the "Hotpot Capital of China." With ten successful editions behind it, the expo has served over a million professional investors and buyers, establishing itself as a significant platform in the industry. The 2026 edition is set to expand further, planning an exhibition area of 120,000 square meters and showcasing over 60,000 products, while drawing more than 120,000 professional visitors from across the country.
