Shenyang International Exhibition Center

The total land area of the project is 959,600 square meters, with an indoor exhibition area of 105,600 square meters, an outdoor exhibition area of 60,000 square meters, and a comprehensive service area of 40,000 square meters. The exhibition halls are designed and constructed in accordance with international professional standards. Each exhibition hall can hold exhibitions independently, and they can also be connected through internal corridors, making the exhibition area seamless.

The Shenyang International Exhibition Center comprises one major hotel, two centers, four exhibition halls, eight exhibition pavilions, and ten parking lots. The center primarily hosts large-scale comprehensive exhibitions and professional expositions both domestically and internationally. It offers a range of supporting services including business, office, transportation, warehousing, construction, advertising, tourism, conferences, accommodation, and catering. With a high level of internationalization and intelligence, the center ranks first in scale in Northeast China.

The main structure of the exhibition facility center comprises eight single-story, column-free, large-span independent exhibition halls, each covering an area of 13,200 square meters and capable of accommodating 625 international standard booths (180 meters long, 70 meters wide, and 18-28 meters high). The indoor exhibition halls consist of four exhibition halls on each of the east and west sides, connected by a double-layered corridor in the middle, with a total capacity of 5,000 international standard booths. Audience registration halls are located on the east, south, west, and north sides, suitable for holding various ceremonial events. The south and north squares of the center can accommodate opening ceremonies, celebrations, test drives for events, performances, and other activities.

The supporting service center is equipped with one 1,000-person conference hall (flexibly divisible internally), one 600-person press conference hall, five 200-person conference halls, six 50-person meeting rooms, three VIP meeting rooms, and four negotiation rooms, capable of hosting various meetings, interviews, signing ceremonies, and other activities. The center is also equipped with a hotel, featuring 42 standard guest rooms, 9 business suites, 1 banquet hall, and 16 private rooms for 6-15 people, providing accommodation and catering services for domestic and foreign businessmen and tourists. The comprehensive service area covers an area of 40,000 square meters and consists of two floors, equipped with a business center, a green plant rental center, and a catering area, providing exhibitors and visitors with business, logistics, exhibition equipment rental, tea breaks, and fast food services. There are a total of 10 large parking lots on the east, south, and west sides of the center, capable of parking 7,500 vehicles simultaneously. The north square features a VIP parking lot.

Center is 12 kilometers away from downtown Shenyang, 13 kilometers from Shenyang Taoxian International Airport, 3.5 kilometers from Shenyang South Railway Station, and 10 kilometers from the new municipal government of Shenyang. With convenient transportation and beautiful scenery, it is a hub of multiple highways, buses, bus lines, and trams.
