The 35th HOTELEX Shanghai 2027 International Hotel and Restaurant Expo

The 35th HOTELEX Shanghai 2027 International Hotel and Restaurant Expo will be held from March 30 to April 2, 2027, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Hongqiao, Shanghai. Organized by Shanghai Boonhua International Exhibition Co., Ltd., this event will leverage the support of industry associations, continuing its collaboration with the China Tourism Hotel Association to provide superior service and a professional communication platform for the industry.

The main goal of the expo is to gather high-quality resources from the hotel and restaurant sectors and to create a professional exchange platform to promote industry development. HOTELEX 2027 is one of the three major branding activities strategically launched during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, as guided by the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism. The exhibition scale is expected to reach 400,000 square meters, attracting over 300,000 professional visitors from various channels, including hospitality, retail, food trade, restaurant investment, and tourism. More than 4,000 exhibitors are expected to showcase products covering the entire supply chain of the hotel and restaurant industry, aiming to establish a more open and efficient global communication platform for food and beverage enterprises.

During the expo, over 50 influential vocational skill competitions and high-level forums will be held, including internationally certified events like the World Barista Championship and the World Bread Competition, as well as major industry forums such as the Chinese Restaurant BOSS Conference and the New Trend Food and Beverage Conference. These activities will attract tens of thousands of industry professionals, allowing exhibitors to sponsor events to directly promote their products to end-users and purchasing decision-makers, achieving precise exposure and expanding industry influence.
