Chongqing International Convention and Exhibition Center

The Chongqing International Convention and Exhibition Center's exhibition space is divided into indoor and outdoor exhibition areas. The indoor exhibition area consists of three exhibition halls, with the first and fourth floor halls divided into three sections (Area A: 5882㎡, Area B: 4372㎡, Area C: 5164㎡). The total indoor area is about 57,000 square meters, with approximately 2,500 standard exhibition booths. The indoor clear height of the exhibition hall is 13.5 meters.

The Chongqing International Convention and Exhibition Center covers an area of 23 hectares, with a total building area of 237,533 square meters. Among this, the exhibition hall area is 132,727 square meters, the conference center is 41,731 square meters, the plaza is 15,000 square meters, and the hotel area is 63,075 square meters. The center also has a parking lot that can accommodate 2,700 vehicles.

The first floor exhibition hall foyer has a usage area of 5,686 square meters, suitable for events such as opening ceremonies. The main first floor exhibition hall has a usage area of 15,373 square meters and can accommodate 843 standard booths.

The fourth floor exhibition hall foyer has a usage area of 2,640 square meters, while the main exhibition hall on the fourth floor has a usage area of 15,373 square meters, also capable of accommodating 843 standard booths. The seventh floor exhibition hall is a column-free, large-space hall, with a foyer area of 2,461 square meters and a main exhibition hall area of 14,862 square meters, providing space for 796 standard booths.

The indoor exhibition area is equipped with advanced hardware facilities and equipment, including multi-source boxes for each booth (providing power, telecommunications, broadband internet, water drainage, and compressed air). It also has air conditioning and exhaust systems, among other amenities. The outdoor exhibition area covers approximately 7,800 square meters and can be used for large-scale events, opening ceremonies, or outdoor exhibitions.

The conference center has five floors, with 33 conference rooms of various sizes and styles, including a grand banquet hall for 1,000 people, a lecture hall for 1,000 people, a report hall, VIP lounges, a press release center, and a signing center. Most of these rooms can be flexibly combined to meet different conference needs. The conference hall is equipped with an advanced digital conference system, projection screens, and simultaneous interpretation equipment with six languages. Additionally, the center offers modern, comprehensive support services to meet various conference requirements.

The exhibition hall also includes a café, multi-functional rooms, meeting rooms, an underground parking garage, storage areas, and office spaces. In addition to providing conference, business, exhibition logistics, exhibition engineering, and parking services, the venue focuses on enhancing its service capabilities. It continuously expands its service scope to align with international exhibition service practices. The center has launched online exhibition application services, electronic management for on-site visitors, and the organization of professional audiences in the region. Furthermore, it offers specialized services such as professional market research and in-depth exhibition support services.
