2027 29th China International Bakery Exhibition

The China International Bakery Exhibition (Bakery China) is co-organized by the China Baking Industry Association and Beijing Bakery Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. Established in 1997, it has evolved into a major platform serving the entire bakery industry chain. This exhibition combines functions of business matchmaking, industry exchange, industrial innovation, brand communication, trend insights, business cooperation, and technical exchanges, making it the largest and most influential professional trade exhibition in the bakery industry worldwide.

The 29th China International Bakery Exhibition will take place from May 19 to 22, 2027, at the Shanghai Hongqiao National Exhibition Center, located at 333 Songze Avenue, Shanghai. The exhibition will feature a wide range of product categories, including but not limited to raw and finished baking ingredients, flour and oil products, various baking additives and preservatives, baking fillings, and cake decorations. Participants will also encounter diverse baking equipment, such as production machines, ovens, refrigeration units, and catering equipment.
