2025 Health Light Food Innovation Conference

The 2025 Health Light Food Innovation Conference (EBC Light Food Conference) is officially scheduled to take place on April 28-29, 2025, in Hangzhou. This event is organized by the Future Light Food Industry Research Institute and hosted by Hangzhou Energy Bowl Information Consulting Co., Ltd. and Xi'an Bug Conference & Exhibition Service Co., Ltd., gaining support from various authoritative organizations such as Consumer Magazine of China, Xinhua News Agency, Retail Circle, and more. As the first vertical conference focused on the light food industry in the country, the EBC conference will comprise an innovation forum, exhibition, and a series of lifestyle festival activities.

The forum will focus on three major sectors: food and beverages, catering and baking, and the integration of food and medicine.
