2025 Asia-Pacific Seafood Products Expo and Dalian Seafood Festival

To continue deepening the integration and strategic cooperation of international seafood trade in the Asia-Pacific region and to jointly create a grand blueprint for the sustainable development of the fisheries industry, the 2025 Asia-Pacific Seafood Products Expo and the 7th Dalian International Seafood Festival will be held in Dalian, Liaoning from May 27 to 29, 2025. This expo is hosted by the China Fisheries Circulation and Processing Association, organized by the Dalian International Seafood Festival Committee, and undertaken by Huamo Group and Shanghai Huahao Exhibition Co., Ltd., with joint co-sponsorship from Dalian Jiaqing Seafood Festival Management Co., Ltd. and Dalian Jiufu Jiawo Industrial Park Co., Ltd.

As a professional platform for aquaculture and seafood communication in the Asia-Pacific region, the Asia-Pacific Seafood Products Expo originated from the Asia-Pacific Aquaculture Exhibition founded in 2015 and has successfully held six editions. This year's event in Dalian will feature a complete upgrade in exhibition planning, experience, and services. The exhibition area will reach 21,000 square meters, showcasing a wide array of seafood products, high-end health food ingredients, and digital smart processing equipment and services. It expects to attract over 20,000 visitors, including professionals from chain restaurants, supply chains, import-export traders, and domestic procurement channels.

The exposition has also thoughtfully planned a series of exciting concurrent events, including a main forum that gathers industry elites and several specialized activities focused on various sectors. The main forum, the 2025 Asia-Pacific Seafood Production and Market Outlook Conference, will invite major seafood producing and marketing countries from the Asia-Pacific region for dialogues on modern production, technological innovation, marketing, trade, and consumption of seafood. Concurrently, exhibitions showcasing seafood from relevant countries such as Australia, Indonesia, and the Maldives will be held to bring together global industry insights and anticipate market trends.

Additionally, the event will conduct themed promotions of regional seafood products, training sessions on export seafood legality certification, and buyer-seller matching activities for unique seafood products. The training session will highlight China's export legality certification policies and operational essentials, as well as updates on IUU management policies and typical cases from major markets like the EU. Notably, there will be a showcase area for achievements in rural revitalization in Xinjiang, reflecting the local fishery development under the national strategy of rural revitalization.

On-site, there will also be product tasting and experience centers and a display of local culinary specialties from Dalian, inviting guests to immerse themselves in local food culture and enjoy a feast of flavors. This expo represents not only a major event in the seafood industry but also an opportunity to promote the transformation and upgrading of the fisheries industry towards high-quality development. By building a platform for exchange and cooperation, we expect to stimulate innovation in the industry, promote international seafood trade cooperation, and collaboratively outline a new blueprint for fishery development.
