2025 China International Compound Semiconductor Industry Expo

The 2024 Jiangxi Summit and China International Compound Semiconductor Industry Expo took place successfully in Wuhan's Optics Valley from April 8 to 11. Jointly hosted by the Third Generation Semiconductor Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance and the Jiufengshan Laboratory, the event employed an innovative format of "1 main + 8 sections + multiple industry seminars + various side meetings."

This expo gathered nine academicians from both domestic and international backgrounds, over 300 leading figures in the industry, and representatives from more than 800 companies, marking a milestone event in the field. Exhibitors from over 10 countries participated, totaling more than 200, showcasing the latest technologies and products. During the expo, more than 180 guests shared industry reports that covered the forefront hot topics in semiconductor industry development. Nearly 10,000 attendees visited the event, establishing it as the largest and most prestigious benchmark event in the domestic compound semiconductor sector.

The range of exhibits was extensive, including semiconductor materials and raw materials such as silicon carbide, photoresist, and electronic gases; semiconductor equipment and components like film deposition systems, photolithography machines, and cleaning equipment; design and manufacturing of power semiconductor devices, including diodes, transistors, and MOSFETs; design and manufacturing of optoelectronic devices involving LEDs, lasers, and optical storage technology; as well as design and simulation software covering process design and simulation management. The total exhibition area reached 20,000 square meters.
