Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center

The Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center is located on the coastline of Binhai Avenue, on the western coast of Haikou City. The total building area is 338,000 square meters, consisting of the exhibition center and Conference Center Areas A and B. The exhibition center has an indoor area of 106,000 square meters and includes a registration hall, a reception hall, 8 standard exhibition halls, and an outdoor plaza of 25,000 square meters. It can host large international exhibitions with a total exhibition area of 120,000 square meters and accommodate 4,825 international standard booths.

Conference Center:
Area A:
The first floor is 13,000 square meters, with a 5th deluxe exhibition hall that can accommodate 10,000 people and host a 500-table banquet. It is equipped with 9 meeting rooms ranging from 50 to 230 square meters.
The second floor has a 4,320-square-meter banquet hall, which can accommodate 3,000 people for meetings or be combined into medium-to-large conference rooms (540–4,320 square meters) as needed. Four VIP rooms, each ranging from 64 to 96 square meters, are located on either side of the banquet hall.
Area B:
This area has three floors, including a 1,600-square-meter Wedding Art Center (multipurpose hall), the Dongfang Global Grand Theater with 1,820 seats, an international conference hall with six-channel simultaneous interpretation systems for 491 people, and 27 different-sized meeting rooms (54–312 square meters) and VIP rooms.
It also has high-end seaside restaurants, a business center, and other supporting facilities.

The Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center is at the heart of a 5-kilometer convention economy zone, which has gathered over ten star-rated hotels, large shopping malls, international duty-free shopping centers, yacht docks, and golf courses, creating a mature support system. Within a 5-minute walk from the center, you can reach three branded hotels, including the Haikou Marriott Hotel, which has 295 rooms and serves as the main supporting hotel for the center. Within a 3-kilometer radius, there are 13 four- and five-star business hotels with a total of 3,210 rooms and over 5,000 beds.
