The 35th China (Zhengzhou) International Sugar and Wine Food Trade Fair will be grandly held from April 24 to 26, 2025, at the Zhengzhou International Exhibition Center. This exhibition is taking place at a time of rapid global change, as China's economy is also undergoing a critical transformation and upgrading phase, showcasing strong resilience and vast potential for sustainable development, which provides essential support for business growth and industrial adjustment. Especially with changes in consumption structure, implementation of destocking policies, alterations in business models, and the emergence of new consumption formats, the food industry is ushering in new development opportunities and growth. By 2025, China's food production and circulation market is expected to present a more prosperous, diversified, and sustainable development outlook. Accordingly, distributors need to stay updated on industry trends and adjust their agency product lines, while manufacturers should seize the opportunity to optimize their product offerings and deepen their market penetration.

As a specialized and quality-oriented exhibition in the sugar and wine food industry, the Zhengzhou Sugar and Wine Fair serves not only as a brilliant platform for food enterprises to showcase innovation but also as a robust bridge connecting supply and demand, playing a crucial role in facilitating market circulation, and earning wide acclaim and recognition in the industry. This year's exhibition will cover a planned area of 65,000 square meters, featuring nine themed halls: Chinese Baijiu Pavilion, Comprehensive Liquor Hall, Boutique Beverage Hall, International Beer Hall, Snack Hall, Fast Food Hall, Gift Food Hall, Food Equipment Hall, and Food Packaging Hall, showcasing a luxurious array of all product categories.
