2026 International Low-Altitude Economy Expo

The 2026 International Low-Altitude Economy Expo will be held from July 22 to 25, 2026, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai, with the theme "Harnessing Low-Altitude Trends, Opening New Economic Chapters". This upcoming expo aims to establish a more impactful and effective platform for the entire low-altitude economy industry chain with higher standards, broader vision, and deeper integration. The exhibition area is planned to reach 100,000 square meters, representing an increase of nearly 70% compared to the first edition. It will further expand exhibition categories to include new materials, three electrics, in addition to low-altitude aircraft and infrastructure.

The expo will feature a core forum and several parallel forums, adhering to a “one core, multiple wings” framework, covering four dimensions of professional activities: policy, technology, application, and ecology. This format aims to transition the low-altitude economy from a mere concept to practical application, with expected attendance surpassing 100,000 visitors, showcasing the vast potential of the low-altitude economy. The inaugural 2025 expo successfully attracted nearly 300 exhibitors, featuring drone technology, eVTOLs, flying cars, and low-altitude infrastructure, covering an area of 60,000 square meters and drawing over 55,200 attendees, marking high recognition across the industry.

In 2026, the expo will enhance public engagement through synergy with commercial tourism and cultural activities, allowing citizens to experience the charm of the low-altitude economy. It will promote the high-quality development of the low-altitude economy and the in-depth exploration of application scenarios, fostering a symbiotic integration of the industry chain, application chain, and ecological chain. With safety as a focal point, the expo will emphasize innovation within the industry and practical results, showcasing new technologies, outcomes, and directions in the low-altitude sector, providing clear guidance for future industry growth.
