The exhibition will consist of nine major zones including an international exhibition area, shipbuilding industry area, marine equipment and advanced materials area, ship navigation and communication area, cruise industry zone, cruise interior design area, marine ranch area, offshore wind power area, and an area for smart ships and digital transformation. This will showcase innovative products, technologies, and services across the maritime supply chain.
In the context of the new era, China's shipbuilding industry has entered a critical phase of high-quality development, with technological innovation seen as key to accelerating high-quality development. Green shipping, smart ships, digitalization, and luxury cruises represent the primary directions for current maritime industry development. The Guangzhou International Maritime Exhibition will earnestly implement the national strategy to promote a development pattern that focuses on domestic circulation while mutually reinforcing international circulation, creating new opportunities, and actively building platforms for communication and cooperation in the shipping and shipbuilding industries to enhance the influence of China's shipbuilding industry in the global maritime field.
Attendees of INMEX China 2026 will have the opportunity to engage in trade discussions and establish cooperation with decision-makers from ship owners, shipbuilding and repair, offshore oil, marine engineering, ports, marine police, and marine scientific research from around the world.
Special activities include the 2026 Guangzhou International Marine Ranch Expo, the 2026 Guangzhou International Smart Ships and Digital Transformation Exhibition, the 2026 Luxury Cruise Interior Exhibition, and the 2026 Marine Wind Power Technology Exhibition, as well as a series of special forums such as the 6th China Shipbuilding Industry Transformation and Upgrading High-Quality Development Forum, the 8th Green Ship Technology Summit Forum, and the Smart Ships and Digital Transformation Summit Forum.
To energize the industry atmosphere and enhance interaction, activities will include the "2023 Annual Popular Brands Selection and Award Ceremony for China’s Shipping, Shipbuilding and Marine Industry," the Guangzhou Night Welcome Dinner, and B-to-B business matching activities providing one-on-one business discussions.
