The 2026 Yaxiong Wuxi International Spring Tea Industry Expo will take place in the beautiful city of Wuxi. Known as 'Little Shanghai', Wuxi serves as the central area of Su-Xi-Chang, radiating the multi-trillion consumer circle of the Yangtze River Delta. For four consecutive years, its GDP per capita has ranked first in the nation, showcasing its strong consumer power. This region is not only the heartland of Yangxian tea with an annual output value exceeding 5 billion CNY but also boasts a unique mastery of purple clay teapot artistry, which has been passed down for over six centuries.
At this tea expo, a wide range of tea products will be exhibited, including black tea, green tea, white tea, yellow tea, Oolong tea, and Pu-erh tea. Furthermore, the event will showcase a variety of derivative tea products such as herbal teas, extracted teas, concentrated teas, fruit-flavored teas, health teas, as well as numerous tea beverages and tea-related foods.
In terms of tea ware, the exhibition will feature ceramic and purple clay products, tea trays, boiling instruments, and various brewing tools, alongside utensils made from glass, bamboo, wood, and metal, catering to various tea lovers' needs.
The tea packaging section will demonstrate design, production printing, and accessory technologies including metal canning, coding, and bagged tea packaging machines, enhancing the market competitiveness of tea products.
Additionally, the processing of tea is critical, covering planting, fixation, color sorting, preservation, storage, packaging, and testing equipment, showcasing modern tea production technologies.
The show will also present diverse tea-derived products including tea foods, deep-processed tea products, and beverages to attract a wider range of consumers. The cultural aspect of tea will be highlighted with exhibits of tea attire, Buddhist ceremonial items, incense-related items, tea calligraphy, and audiovisual products related to tea.
For the perfect tea brewing experience, the sourced water will include mineral water, purified water, and drinking water, alongside various water purification devices to ensure the best quality for tea brewing.
Moreover, the expo will emphasize the participation of tea circulation enterprises and related organizations, including specialized tea markets, distribution and agency firms, and tea art training and design institutions, enriching collaboration opportunities within the industry.
Don’t miss the display of classical redwood root carvings, featuring antique furniture, Ming and Qing Dynasty furniture, redwood artistic décor, as well as various wood carvings and bamboo carvings, showcasing the charm of traditional Chinese craftsmanship.
