2025 China (Hainan) International Tropical Agricultural Products Winter Trade Fair (Hainan Winter Trade Fair)

The 28th China (Hainan) International Tropical Agricultural Products Winter Trade Fair is set to take place from December 4 to 7, 2025, at the Hainan International Conference and Exhibition Center. This year’s fair carries the theme "Gathering Agricultural Excellence, Enjoying Free Trade Opportunities", focusing on marketization, specialization, branding, and internationalization. The aim is to create a comprehensive platform for international tropical agricultural product trade, agricultural technology exchange, and project cooperation.

With 5 exhibition halls and 8 major exhibition zones planned, the fair will cover an area of over 70,000 square meters, expecting to attract thousands of well-known enterprises from home and abroad. There will be various exhibition sections including a full industrial chain area for tropical efficient agriculture, agricultural technology area, brand enterprise area, regional public brand area, international boutique area, national excellent agricultural product area, supply and marketing boutique area, and key activity area. The exhibits will span a wide range of categories, including fruits and vegetables, grains, tea, coffee, livestock, aquatic products, seed industry, agricultural machinery, smart agriculture, cross-border e-commerce, and leisure agriculture.

The fair aims to invite over 25,000 professional visitors, covering diverse procurement channels such as agricultural dealers, wholesalers, e-commerce platforms, community group purchases, hotel and restaurant chains, as well as leaders from large supermarkets and agriculture-related social organizations. This initiative aims to match supply and demand resources accurately, expanding domestic and international sales markets for Hainan’s tropical specialty agricultural products.

A dual activity matrix of “professional + interactive” will be carefully crafted for this year’s fair: the professional segments will include activities like the release of Hainan agriculture brands, investment promotion meetings for the tropical efficient agriculture industrial chain, tasting events for “Hainan Fresh Products”, new product promotions, and high-end meetings between buyers and sellers. The interactive segments will incorporate influencer live streaming, specialty food tastings, and fun check-in activities to enhance engagement. By combining professional discussions with immersive experiences, the fair will not only deepen industry exchanges but also enhance the vitality of the event, creating diverse value for participants.

This year's fair will strengthen international exhibition cooperation, actively inviting influential enterprises, trade associations, and buyers from agriculture-related sectors across the globe, especially from Central Asia, Southeast Asia, and countries/regions along the Belt and Road Initiative. Leveraging the preferential policies of the Hainan Free Trade Port, the fair seeks to create an international cooperation platform that integrates exhibition, negotiations, and investments into one, promoting the transformation of “trade fair into opportunity” and “exhibitors into investors”, thereby generating more trade and investment opportunities for global partners and sharing the development opportunities brought by the Hainan Free Trade Port.
