The 112th National Sugar and Alcohol Trade Fair is one of China's longest-running large-scale professional exhibitions, known as a "barometer" for the Chinese food industry. Initiated in 1955 and organized by the China National Sugar and Alcohol Corporation, it is held twice a year, in spring and autumn. Each fair covers an exhibition area exceeding 500,000 square meters, hosts over 10,000 exhibitors annually, and attracts more than 600,000 visitors.

The fair serves as a crucial venue not just for trading and exhibiting goods, but also for exchanging information and driving technological advancement and product innovation. Since the reform and opening up, numerous prestigious brands have emerged at the fair, with many enterprises growing significantly by leveraging this platform.

Beyond offering top-tier exhibition facilities, the fair focuses on creating internationally aligned complementary services and continuously enhancing its international reach. It provides a platform for international alcohol suppliers to showcase and exchange ideas, thereby amplifying its global influence.
