2025 Zhejiang International New Energy Storage Industry Expo

The 2025 Zhejiang International New Energy Storage Industry Expo will be grandly held from June 20 to 22, 2025, at the Hangzhou International Exhibition Center. This expo aims to respond to the national strategy of 'carbon peak and carbon neutrality,' focusing on the entire industry chain of new energy storage, and promoting high-quality development in the sector. New energy storage technology is deemed an essential supporting technology for the new power system, playing a critical role in ensuring energy security and facilitating green energy transition. According to data, by the end of 2023, the installed capacity of new energy storage in China reached 31.39 million kilowatts, with a remarkable growth of 22.6 million kilowatts added, driven by strong policy support and market demand.

Zhejiang Province is one of the fastest-growing economies in China, with rapidly increasing electricity demand and renewable energy installation accounting for over one-third. This has intensified the demand for new energy storage in Zhejiang, especially for renewable energy consumption and power system stability. The Zhejiang provincial government has proposed several policies to optimize new energy storage by 2024, aiming to add a further 1.5 million kilowatts of storage capacity to promote efficient and healthy growth in this area.

During the expo, various new energy storage technologies, equipment, and systems will be showcased, alongside a series of high-quality forums, including the International New Energy Storage Quality Forum, Market Development Seminar, and New Energy Storage Power Station Design and Planning Forum.
