2025 Flower Pepper (Shenyang) Food Expo

The Flower Pepper Food Expo is one of the most influential food industry exhibitions in Northeast China, dedicated to effectively integrating the ecological resources of the catering industry to promote regional economic development. The 2025 Flower Pepper (Shenyang) Food Expo will be held from May 15 to 17 at the Shenyang New World Expo Center, gathering numerous professionals and representatives from the food industry to discuss the future trends in the sector.

This year's expo will showcase a wide variety of categories, including spicy hotpot, rice noodles, fast food, and other specialty cuisines. With an exhibition area of 25,000 square meters and over 750 participating companies expected, the event will cover five major zones and more than 21 different categories. The audience is expected to mainly come from 17 provinces such as Liaoning, Heilongjiang, and Jilin, with 77.9% being representatives from professional food enterprises, highlighting the significance and influence of the expo in the industry.

Furthermore, the audience of the Northeast New Food Expo is growing rapidly, having attracted 121,809 visits in the previous event, with 42.2% being returning visitors and 57.8% new attendees, demonstrating the attraction and vitality of the exhibition. The showcase will feature a comprehensive range of products from food ingredients and catering equipment to restaurant design and packaging, making it a broad culinary celebration.
