2026 China Expo: The Third Wuhan International Hotel Supplies and Catering Exhibition

The central China region, as a core area of the inland economy, has seen continuous expansion in the hotel and catering industry in recent years. With its strategic location as a hub connecting nine provinces, Wuhan has become a new high ground for hotel investment in central China, supported by the cultural tourism industry's upgrade strategy. However, the industry still faces challenges such as rising operational costs, insufficient digital penetration, and an urgent need for green transformation, necessitating an integration of industry chain resources to push for high-quality development.

The China Expo - Wuhan International Hotel Supplies and Catering Exhibition leverages Wuhan's designation as a national central city, deeply coordinating with Hubei’s 14th Five-Year Plan for service industry development while focusing on three major upgrade directions: smart, green, and clustered development. The exhibition will serve as a platform for technical exchanges and business connections, assisting enterprises in overcoming cost reduction and efficiency enhancement challenges and seizing opportunities in the green and intelligent sectors, thereby injecting new productive capabilities into the hotel and catering industry in central China and driving a rise in regional consumer service levels.

In conjunction with this event, several activities will be held, including the 2026 China Noodle Conference, the 2026 National Top Ten Noodle Invitational Competition and the Third Wuhan Hot Dry Noodle Conference, the 2026 Third China Breakfast Supply Chain Industry Development Conference, the Third Chuchang Empowerment Forum for Hubei Cuisine Innovation, and the Second Bai’an Chef Festival hosted by Liangzhilong in 2026 featuring the exchange contest of the top ten famous local dishes in Wuhan. These activities aim to further promote industry communication and development, facilitating a comprehensive upgrade of the hotel and catering sector.
