2026 33rd Shanghai International Power Equipment and Technology Exhibition, Shanghai International Energy Storage Technology Application Exhibition

The International Electric Power Equipment Exhibition (EP), a well-established and influential brand event in the domestic power industry, began in 1986. Organized by the China Electric Power Enterprises Federation and hosted by Messe Frankfurt (Hong Kong) Ltd, it has garnered substantial support from industry professionals and exhibitors over the years. The year 2026 will witness the grand event of the ‘33rd China International Power Equipment and Technology Exhibition (EP Shanghai 2026)’ and the ‘Shanghai International Energy Storage Technology Application Exhibition (ES Shanghai 2026).’

The exhibition will be held from December 3 to 5, 2026, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre in China, covering halls N1-N5 and W4–W5, and will feature an expanded area of 86,000 square meters. It is expected to attract approximately 2,200 exhibitors and brands from both domestic and international markets.

The exhibition encompasses the latest technologies and products from various electric power and electrical engineering sectors, including power transmission and distribution equipment, renewable energy grid integration, virtual power plants, complete factory equipment and engineering, power dispatch system equipment (such as SCADA/DMS/EMS systems), control and testing electrical devices and instruments, power information technology, building electrical and electromechanical installations (such as building management systems, switching equipment, lighting systems, etc.), low-voltage electrical equipment and apparatus, electrical and electronic equipment, automation equipment, industrial power equipment (like uninterruptible power supplies, diesel generators, and AC generators), production equipment and materials for electrical products, substation and power distribution and storage equipment, transmission and conductive equipment, power electronics, cable and accessory manufacturing equipment, and power quality products (including reactive power compensation devices, filtering devices, power factor correction systems, dynamic voltage regulators, capacitors, reactors, switching devices, and controllers).

Moreover, the energy storage exhibition area will showcase cutting-edge technologies and applications related to energy storage technologies and materials, energy storage devices and components, energy storage systems and EPC engineering, solar storage and charging integration, software development and information communication, battery resource recycling and utilization, battery testing and certification, electric vehicle charging and swapping equipment, energy-saving and comprehensive energy service equipment, renewable energy generation and distribution systems, and smart energy construction related equipment.
