The China International Environmental Protection Exhibition (CIEPEC) has been held since its establishment in 1986, and it has a proud history of 39 years. Under the guidance of various national ministries including the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Ecology and Environment, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and with the strong support from local governments such as Beijing, Tianjin, Liaoning, and others, it has successfully held 22 previous sessions.
CIEPEC has attracted over 22,000 domestic and international enterprises, research institutes, and industry organizations involved in ecological and environmental protection. These participants showcase the latest technologies, equipment, materials, and designs focused on pollution prevention, energy conservation, emission reduction, and resource recycling. The upcoming 24th CIEPEC will take place from June 2 to June 4, 2026, at the China International Exhibition Center in Beijing. This event will gather domestic and international environmental protection companies, academic teams, and research institutions, focusing on innovative technologies, equipment, and materials for energy conservation and emission reduction, pollution reduction, and carbon mitigation.
Exhibits will include advanced technologies and equipment for water pollution control, air pollution control, solid waste disposal, soil and groundwater remediation, noise and vibration control, ecological restoration and conservation, energy-saving technologies, and environmental monitoring. This event aims to present the latest scientific achievements focusing on the "dual carbon" strategy and foster discussions on new pathways, measures, concepts, and models for achieving green transitions in the economy and society. CIEPEC is positioned as a high-standard platform for domestic and international exchanges and cooperation in the environmental protection sector, contributing significantly to the global green development agenda.
