2026 Xiamen International Footwear Expo, Textile and Apparel, Socks Procurement and Trade Exhibition

The 2026 Xiamen International Footwear Expo is a continuation of the Guangzhou International Footwear Exhibition and the Guangzhou International Footwear Machinery, Materials, and Leather Exhibition. This expo is certified by the Global Exhibition Association and is recognized as one of the largest and most concentrated industry events for footwear, making it a vital one-stop commercial exhibition for the footwear industry. In light of the current challenging circumstances, the expo has moved to Xiamen, aiming to establish another global professional shoe event.

The expo is designed to continuously stimulate industry market recovery by showcasing the latest footwear products and technologies, facilitating visits and procurement by professional buyers from around the world, and creating opportunities for establishing partnerships with quality suppliers. The surrounding areas including Quanzhou, Jinjiang, Putian, Jiangxi, Chaoshan, Fuzhou, and Xiamen collectively host nearly 500,000 companies within the footwear and bag industries, forming a complete industrial chain from branding, production, design, materials, to machinery. In regions dominated by manufacturing like Fujian, Jiangxi, and Guangdong, the shoe and bag industry plays a crucial role in the national economy.

Over the years, the expo has evolved, and in 2025, the organizers relocated the event to Xiamen, continuing to invite internationally renowned companies and trade associations to participate. The upcoming expo is expected to cover an area of 30,000 square meters, attracting over 600 exhibitors and more than 30,000 participants from relevant companies to procure. This event is set to inject new vitality into the market, providing opportunities for internationally competitive companies and specialized enterprises to expand their markets.

Since its inception, the expo has gathered almost 200,000 visitors from over 100 countries and regions, becoming a must-attend annual industry event for footwear and leather professionals, hailed as the “annual gathering for footwear and leather industry professionals.”

As China’s shoe industry continues to develop rapidly, becoming the largest producer and exporter of footwear in the world, the domestic footwear brands are also experiencing quick growth, transitioning from “Made in China” to “Intelligent Manufacturing in China.” Currently, the manufacturing sector maintains robust growth, bolstered by industry upgrading. The advances in manufacturing and the development of regional trade also aid in maintaining the competitiveness of foreign trade. As we look to expand our promotional outreach both domestically and internationally in 2026, we strive to create a better platform for Chinese footwear companies to tap into the international market.
