The 2026 China International Natural Extracts & Health Ingredients Exhibition (FIC Health Exhibition) is an integral part of the National Autumn Food Additives and Ingredients Exhibition, aiming to provide a professional platform for the natural extracts and health food industry. The scope of the exhibition includes:

2. Food additives, including acidity regulators, anti-caking agents, defoaming agents, antioxidants, and 23 other categories of products.
3. Food ingredients, involving starch, modified starch, sugar alcohols, edible oils, flavorings, up to 35 categories of products.
4. Various food processing aids like anti-stick agents, clarifying agents, catalysts, etc.
5. Machinery, equipment, packaging materials, and books related to the food industry.
6. Various health foods, halal foods, and specialty products.
7. Display of production and application technologies, especially in the field of food additives and ingredients.
Moreover, the exhibition will focus on baked products and related technologies, including the production and development of mooncakes, pastries, candies, ice creams, and more.
