2026 7th Guangzhou International Smart Property Expo

Under the dual impetus of the national "Good Housing" strategy and the "Community Management into Cities" initiative, the property management industry is entering a new stage of high-quality development centered on "service" and "value". In this context, the 7th Guangzhou International Smart Property Expo (referred to as the "Guangzhou Property Expo") will grandly open from September 17-19, 2026, at the Guangzhou Poly World Trade Center Expo. The expo leverages Guangdong's status as the birthplace of property management in mainland China and a gathering ground for leading property companies, deeply integrating national and even international property industry chain resources. It aims to create China’s only benchmark exhibition covering the entire industry chain of property management, urban services, municipal sanitation, and property ecology, providing a comprehensive, dimensional, and in-depth international communication and cooperation platform for the industry. Since its inception in 2020, the Guangzhou Property Expo has experienced over six years of sedimentation and development, closely following policy and market trends, iterating and upgrading the content of the exhibition. It has broken the status quo of market competition and empowered sustainable development in the property industry. To date, the total exhibition area has reached 97,000 square meters, with 1,987 participating companies, fostering over 590 cooperative projects with a transaction amount exceeding 1.1 billion yuan. The influence of the expo has been expanding year by year, making it the largest market-oriented exhibition in the property industry nationwide. Notably, in response to the trends of "intelligent, universal, and ecological" transformations in the property sector, this year's Guangzhou Property Expo will be held concurrently with the "2026 Guangzhou International Smart Sanitation and Cleaning Equipment Exhibition" and the "5th Urban Light: Full-Coverage Governance Exhibition for Towns and Streets", focusing on building a vertical continuity and horizontal interaction industrial ecosystem. The exhibition is divided into specialized areas, including brand property exhibition areas, international exhibition areas, sanitation and cleaning exhibition areas, smart technology and AI robot exhibition areas, community value-added service exhibition areas, new energy and parking management exhibition areas, landscaping and pest control exhibition areas, facilities and equipment exhibition areas, as well as areas for old-elevator replacements and property uniforms, human resources, and legal services.
