2026 China Licensing Expo

The China Licensing Expo (CLE) is a leading global professional licensing event that has successfully hosted 17 editions. It serves as the preferred platform for domestic and international licensors to expand their reach into the Chinese market and beyond, gathering over 2,600 licensed IP resources from all over the world. The expo creates a precise matching platform for IP rights holders and licensees to collaborate across different sectors, promoting mutual empowerment of cultural creativity and the real economy.

Scheduled to occur annually, the expo is expected to attract over 100,000 visitors, with more than 2,600 exhibitors and an exhibition area of 230,000 square meters, showcasing more than 5,500 brands. It will take place at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre from October 21 to 23, 2026. The exhibits will cover various categories, including cartoon animation, art and culture, electronic games, and more, drawing participation from globally recognized brands such as Hello Kitty, LINE FRIENDS, and B. Duck.

In addition to the extensive showcases, the event will host several thematic forums and networking activities aimed at fostering collaboration and communication within the industry, providing exhibitors and attendees with ample business opportunities and inspiration.
