2026 Food and Beverage Innovation Forum & Food Innovation Exhibition

The FBIF Food Innovation Exhibition is a professional exhibition focusing on the food and beverage industry, taking place concurrently with the FBIF Forum from April 27 to 29, 2026, at the Hangzhou International Expo Center. This exhibition aims to provide a high-quality platform for showcasing and exchanging information, promoting industry development. With an area of 53,800 square meters, the exhibition is expected to host over 650 exhibitors, featuring a wide range of products including dairy, beverages, snacks, alcohol, convenience foods, functional foods, seasonings, raw materials, and equipment. The event is anticipated to attract around 47,000 visitors, including senior executives, decision-makers, R&D personnel, marketing professionals, retailers, distributors, investors, and media representatives. In the previous exhibition, more than 5,000 channel guests participated, representing innovative companies from the global food industry and supply chain.

To enhance the exhibition experience, various exclusive events are planned within the exhibition area, such as the FBiF Channel Matching Meeting, the FBiF Global New Product Collection, and Foodtalks salons. To cater to brands and OEM companies seeking to launch new products, new activities like the WOW FOOD blockbuster roadshow and blockbuster supermarket have been added. These events will provide more opportunities for display and communication, fostering collaboration and innovation. Furthermore, the FBIF Wow Food Innovation Award 2026 will also be held within the exhibition area, aiming to encourage innovative ideas within the industry.

The range of exhibited products is broad, encompassing categories from dairy and beverages to snacks. For instance, dairy products include liquid milk, yogurt, milk powder, and cheese; beverages feature juices, teas, and carbonated drinks; and snacks comprise bread, biscuits, and nuts. Functional foods include health supplements and sports nutrition products, alongside numerous raw materials, food additives, and equipment, ensuring coverage from production to sales in all aspects.

The attraction for channel audiences continues to grow, with renowned companies such as Walmart, Amazon, and JD participating in the previous FBIF2025 exhibition.
