The 16th China International Energy Storage Conference and Exhibition, New Power System and Internet Energy Exhibition 2026

Energy storage systems are crucial components in the construction of a clean, low-carbon, safe, and efficient new power system. They play a vital role in ensuring safe and stable system operation, facilitating the absorption of renewable energy, enhancing the economic performance of the power grid, and achieving carbon neutrality goals. In recent years, the demand for energy storage technologies has surged, leading to a transition of the new energy storage industry from scale cultivation to commercialization, with applications expanding across various sectors.

The application scenarios for new energy storage have evolved from traditional grid storage, source storage, and household storage to intelligent transportation, smart buildings, smart cities, industrial energy savings, zero-carbon parks, and more. According to the CESA Energy Storage Application Committee data, by 2025, China's cumulative installed capacity of new energy storage is expected to surpass 110 GW, with projections indicating it could reach over 240 GW by 2030. The value of the energy storage industry is set to increase drastically.

The 16th China International Energy Storage Conference and Exhibition will be held from March 23 to 26, 2026, at the Hangzhou International Expo Center. This conference aims to focus on market applications, promoting connections between industry chains and supply chains to build bridges between enterprises and market resources.

During the conference, a series of research results will be released, including the "2026 China New-type Energy Storage Industry Development White Paper", the "2026 China New-type Energy Storage Industry Development Index White Paper", and the "2026 China New-type Energy Storage Industry Project Bidding and Price Analysis Report". It is expected to attract over 100,000 attendees from government agencies, research institutions, energy service providers, and more than 1,000 companies for networking and showcasing.

Exhibits will include but are not limited to energy storage technologies and materials, equipment, systems and EPC engineering, software development, and certification services for energy storage batteries, showcasing the latest innovations and applications in the energy storage field.
