2026 22nd Beijing International Baking Exhibition

Baking China was founded in 2002 and has developed into one of the most prestigious and authoritative exhibitions in the baking and light food industry over the past twenty-three years. It has become a leading trade fair in the domestic and international food industry. The 21st Beijing International Baking Exhibition, jointly organized by the Qiyang Convention and Exhibition Group and Beijing Jingmao International Exhibition Co., Ltd., was grandly held from April 10 to 12, 2025, at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Pavilion). The three-day event gathered numerous enterprises in the baking industry, providing a vibrant spring gathering for the Chinese baking industry. A total of 24,754 professional visitors attended the event for exchange and procurement.

The 21st Beijing International Baking Exhibition was held concurrently with the 12th Qiyang International Catering Exhibition, which attracted 73,448 audience members. The total number of visitors to both exhibitions reached 98,202.

The 22nd Beijing International Baking Exhibition (CBBE) is set to take place from May 10 to 12, 2026, at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Pavilion). The scale will be further upgraded, utilizing four major exhibition halls to comprehensively showcase the entire industry chain, including baking, coffee drinks, catering, and light food products.

A series of exciting activities such as forums, competitions, coffee beverage festivals, and influencer shows will also be held during the exhibition. The exhibition covers a wide range of categories including baking materials, additives, cake decorations, mooncake and pastry production, candy and snack production, coffee and coffee machines, baking technology and research, as well as home baking appliances and packaging solutions.
