2025 Peanut Industry High-Quality Development Conference and Achievement Exhibition and Trade Fair

Peanuts are one of China’s important oilseed and economic crops, playing a vital strategic role in optimizing agricultural planting structures, increasing farmer income, and ensuring food security. To systematically summarize the development achievements of the peanut industry, promote the transfer and transformation of results, and facilitate high-quality industrial development, the 2025 Peanut Industry High-Quality Development Conference and Achievement Exhibition and Trade Fair will be held from November 15 to 17, 2025, in Zhengzhou, Henan Province.

The conference is guided by the National Peanut Industry Technology System and co-hosted by Fuda Peanut Network and the Henan Peanut Industry Technology System. Colleagues from the industry are cordially invited to Zhengzhou for discussions on industrial development strategies.

Highlight 1: Continuing free participation and viewing, with expected attendance reaching new highs. In 2024, over five thousand representatives from the peanut industry chain are expected to attend. This year, the exhibition area has been further expanded with better resource matching, allowing free participation. The anticipated attendance is expected to reach new heights, providing a better platform for exchanging, showcasing, and trading in the peanut industry to promote its high-quality development.

Highlight 2: Technological innovation leading industrial upgrade. The conference will boldly present new varieties, new machinery, new technologies, new achievements, and new models in the peanut sector, focusing on cultivating new quality productive forces in the industry, promoting industrial upgrades, and guiding the industry toward more standardized and efficient development.

Highlight 3: Coordinated development of the entire industrial chain. Exhibition areas will showcase new results from the National Peanut Industry Technology System and research institutions, featuring high-quality new varieties, complete mechanization, integrated water and fertilizer management, processing equipment, deep-processing foods, futures, financial insurance, and trade connections, all exhibiting the entire peanut industry chain in China to promote integration and collaborative, effective development among primary, secondary, and tertiary industries.

Highlight 4: Thematic sharing to inspire thinking. The Sixth Peanut Joint Service Center will be established, inviting academicians, renowned peanut experts, and industry leaders to engage in special lectures and forum discussions about new ideas for the development of the peanut industry. This will allow participants to grasp the latest industry dynamics and trends, broaden their horizons, and enhance their thinking.

Highlight 5: A variety of special activities. During the conference, activities such as the “Three Tigers Cup” Second National Finals of the Peanut King Competition, the “Henan Farm Peanut Full Mechanization Observation and High-Performance Seeding Demonstration,” and related meetings on futures will take place. Additionally, a peanut procurement festival, the Peanut King's award ceremony, partner awards, a cultural corridor dedicated to peanuts, and many other unique events will showcase the unique charm of the peanut industry, inspiring deeper understanding and passion for peanuts among participants.

Special procurement and business negotiation areas will be set up, providing a platform for direct communication between farmers, processing enterprises, and traders, facilitating accurate connections, and achieving win-win collaboration.
