This year’s exhibition, themed 'New Value of Waste Heat, New Green Future', will gather top global enterprises, experts, scholars, and industry leaders to showcase cutting-edge technologies and solutions in industrial waste heat recovery, combined heat and power, ORC technology, heat pump systems, and energy storage utilization. It is expected to attract over 90,120 professional visitors from 76 countries and regions, including leaders from industries such as energy, steel, cement, petrochemical, textiles, and more.
In addition to the exhibition, the '2026 Forum on Innovation and Development Trends in Waste Heat Recovery and Utilization' will also be held concurrently. During the forum, government departments, renowned industry experts, and business leaders will come together to discuss industry policies and trends, analyze hot topics, and share innovative technologies and solutions.
Key topics of this year include innovations in waste heat power generation technology in the steel industry, intelligent waste heat management systems empowered by digitalization, breakthroughs in low-temperature waste heat cascading utilization in the chemical industry, zero-carbon park models coupling waste heat recovery and hydrogen energy, and paths for the intelligent transformation of industrial-grade waste heat power generation systems. In the review of the previous exhibition, the 2026 Shanghai International Exhibition on Waste Heat Recovery and Utilization was held concurrently with the Asian flagship environmental exhibition - the China Environmental Expo, achieving significant synergistic effects, attracting over 90,120 professional visitors from various industries worldwide.
