2025 China Baking Exhibition (Autumn)

The China Baking Exhibition is a pioneer in the professional exhibition of the baking industry, having dedicated over 30 years to this sector. Since establishing a strategic partnership with Informa Group in 2021, the exhibition has been leveraging its extensive resources to deepen the construction of the 'Baking +' ecosystem, expanding the market through various forms such as physical exhibitions, conferences, roadshow activities, and online cloud exhibitions.

The 2025 China Baking Exhibition (Autumn) will be held grandly at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center (Baoan) from December 16 to 18, 2025. Co-hosted by the All-China Federation of Bakers and Guangzhou Bohong International Exhibition Co., Ltd., the exhibition will collaborate with the Boweihua Shenzhen Joint Exhibition to showcase multiple themes. The event will integrate high-quality resources across six fields: baking, catering, hotels, furniture, gifts, and lifestyle, while linking eight product segments, including: baking raw materials, packaging, machinery, coffee and tea drinks, baked products, and other related food, beverage, and equipment exhibits.

The aim of this exhibition is to provide a broad platform for information and trade exchange among enterprises along the supply chain of the Chinese baking and food and beverage industry. It is expected to attract over 150,000 visitors, with an exhibition area exceeding 250,000 square meters, and more than 20 concurrent events scheduled. This exhibition will be an important opportunity for industry professionals to network, collaborate, and explore new business opportunities.
