2025 138th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair Phase One)

The China Import and Export Fair, also known as the Canton Fair, is the longest-running, largest, and most diverse international trade event in China, established in 1957. Held twice a year in spring and autumn in Guangzhou, the fair attracts a large number of purchasers from around the world. The 138th Canton Fair will run from April 15 to May 5, 2025, divided into three phases, with a total exhibition area of 1.55 million square meters.

This event will see participation from over 31,000 companies showcasing nearly 73,000 booths. Nearly 290,000 overseas purchasers from 219 countries and regions are expected to attend, marking a 17.3% increase compared to the 135th Canton Fair. Online attendance is projected to reach 527,185 overseas purchasers from 229 countries and regions, with featured products including consumer electronics, household appliances, auto parts, lighting products, and more.

To promote a balanced trade, the Canton Fair established an import exhibition area starting from the 101st fair, aimed at assisting international enterprises in expanding business opportunities and effectively promoting import trade. After 37 successful fairs, its import exhibition has attracted over 18,000 overseas enterprises from more than 110 countries and regions, featuring many renowned brands and exhibition groups. The 138th Canton Fair will showcase more than 700 companies from 50 countries and regions at the import exhibition, highlighting various advanced products and services, reflecting the cooperation and development of global trade.
