2026 13th Shanghai International Fitness Expo

The 2026 13th Shanghai International Fitness Expo will take place from March 13 to 15, 2026, at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center. Organized by Shanghai Dena Exhibition Service Co., Ltd., the event will cover an exhibition area of 80,000 square meters and is expected to attract over 60,000 professional visitors. The expo will showcase more than 1,000 brands across various sectors including fitness equipment and accessories, club support, rehabilitation and Pilates equipment, sports leisure products, aquatic facilities and swimming gear, spa services, sports venues, nutrition and health products, functional eyewear for sports, and sports apparel and wearables.

One of the highlights of this exhibition is the policy support from the Shanghai Municipal Government, which will offer subsidies of up to 30%, with a maximum of 500,000 RMB, for exhibitors who launch new products at globally influential consumer goods expos. The government will also establish a green channel to streamline the customs clearance process for exhibits.

IWF2026 will further explore international trade connections and continue to enhance the B2B purchasing model, linking numerous international brands with professional buyers to facilitate swift and precise matches, promote international trade negotiations, and create a global trade-sharing platform.

In addition, the expo will comprehensively showcase the latest technologies and innovations in the fitness equipment sector, highlighting cutting-edge products such as smart fitness devices, virtual reality training systems, and products using eco-friendly materials. Renowned international brands like Technogym and Life Fitness will present their flagship products.
