2025 34th Harbin International Economic and Trade Fair

The Harbin International Economic and Trade Fair, founded in 1990, is one of the earliest and most enduring international economic and trade negotiations in China. After 34 years of development, the fair has established itself as a crucial platform for promoting international economic and trade exchanges, especially in cooperation with Russia and Northeast Asian countries. Over the 35 years, the Harbin Fair has hosted exhibitions spanning over 1.6 million square meters, with participation from more than 110 countries and regions, and over 6 million domestic and international business visitors.

To further implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on establishing cooperation platforms and supporting the 'China-Russia Expo' and 'Harbin Fair', the 34th Harbin Fair will be held at the Harbin International Conference and Exhibition Center, covering an exhibition area of 55,000 square meters. This year's fair will feature five theme areas focusing on industrial chain and supply chain cooperation, provincial and municipal collaborations, revitalization of Longjiang, high-end equipment and smart manufacturing, and international as well as Hong Kong-Macau-Taiwan consumer goods, along with rich concurrent activities surrounding five main topics: trade with Russia, industrial docking, investment attraction, international cooperation, and tourism consumption.

The key activities will be held alongside the main topics of trade with Russia, industrial docking, investment attraction, international cooperation, and tourism consumption. The main exhibition areas include:

(I) The International and Hong Kong-Macau-Taiwan Consumer Area set in the “Outdoor Exhibition Hall” and “Indoor Shared Hall”, will display regional cooperation, economic trade exchanges, industrial projects, and tourism consumption, featuring a special section for the Russian Food Culture Festival.

(II) The Provincial and Major Enterprises Exhibition Area, located in the “Indoor BC Hall”, will display local advantages in foreign trade, particularly projects and trade products cooperating with Russia, featuring enterprises from state-owned and private sectors providing insights into their industrial chain and supply chain projects.

(III) The Revitalization of Longjiang Area in the “Indoor A Hall” and “Indoor Shared Hall” will focus on the '4567' modern industrial system showcasing results in digital economy, bio-economy, ice and snow economy, and creative design industries along with new opportunities in emerging markets and a financial cooperation section.

(IV) The High-End Equipment Area set in the “Outdoor Exhibition Field” will showcase various equipment including energy equipment, agricultural and forestry machinery, and infrastructure equipment.

(V) The Intelligent Manufacturing Area located in the “Indoor BC Hall” will display high-tech products such as New Energy Vehicles and medical equipment.

(VI) The Green Food Area in the “Outdoor Exhibition Hall” will highlight products from the green food industry and showcase new products such as 'Heilongjiang Quality Products'.
