With the advancement of globalization, the trade of automotive and motorcycle accessories has become an essential part of global trade. At the same time, the automotive parts industry in China has rapidly developed into the largest automotive parts production and consumption market in the world. The domestic automotive parts market has matured, entering a new market-oriented phase where the auto parts industry has become an important direction for foreign economic and trade development. Currently, the scale of China's automotive parts export market is continuously expanding, and the sustained growth of the export market will significantly help shape the future direction and quality of the industry.

The automotive industry is a pillar of the national economy, with Hubei playing a significant role as an important base. The automotive industry in Hubei follows national strategies to build a support point for the rise of Central China, and it has established a solid foundation with strong potential for development. Wuhan, known as the 'City of Automobiles' in China, is the economic center of Central China and an essential business hub for the automotive industry. During the '12th Five-Year Plan' period, Hubei's automotive industry surpassed 400 billion RMB, with plans to build a 700 billion RMB industry in the next five years, focusing on Dongfeng Motor Corporation. There will be accelerated base construction and the cultivation of component concentration areas aiming for annual revenue to exceed one trillion RMB in the coming years.

With the implementation of the 'Belt and Road' and 'Yangtze River Economic Belt' policies, the automotive industry is shifting towards the central and western regions. The automotive output in these areas is higher than the national average, attracting investments from OEMs and suppliers. Wuhan has attracted many international enterprises, such as Valeo and NIO. After the pandemic, Hubei will continue to promote the development of the automotive sector and actively integrate into the global automotive industry value chain to expand international markets, transitioning the Hubei automotive industry from 'catching up' to 'keeping pace' and even 'leading'.

The 2025 Automotive Parts and Aftermarket Expo in Wuhan will support the implementation of the 'Belt and Road' strategy by enhancing cross-border operations of automotive parts and improving their competitiveness in the international market. Automotive parts enterprises can actively explore markets through this exhibition, establishing connections for new overseas factories, introducing advanced technology and management practices, improving product quality, and accelerating research and development, thereby enhancing their capabilities to expand into new markets and improve industry competitiveness.

As China's independent innovation capabilities and quality levels continually rise, more and more export products of Chinese manufacturing will gain recognition in 'Belt and Road' countries. This will also enhance the reputation and brand image of Chinese automotive parts companies, facilitating their development into international suppliers.

This exhibition will strengthen interconnections within the entire industry and facilitate economic and technical exchanges among various provinces and regions, creating an annual industry event that comprehensively covers the automotive parts sector. Thousands of automotive parts manufacturers and service providers from across the country will gather in Wuhan to showcase new products, technologies, and business opportunities to distributors, agents, and service providers at all levels. The exhibition will closely follow changes in end consumer demand and utilize various channels for demand matching, serving as a critical business platform for expanding business, maintaining relationships, and increasing profitability.
