The 28th FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show

The 28th FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show is jointly organized by the Shanghai Catering and Culinary Industry Association and Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets. Co-organized with the China Chamber of Commerce of Foodstuffs and Native Produce and the All-China Bakery Association, this exhibition features over 180,000 professional attendees from around the globe. These attendees include importers, distributors, agents, supermarkets, convenience stores, e-commerce, new retail, hotels, catering, coffee shops, bakery desserts, and chain sectors. This year's ticketing strategy not only encouraged high-quality audience growth but also maintained a 10.96% year-on-year increase in numbers. International visitors reached 5,611, marking a 15.22% increase from last year, with participants from 98 countries and regions, engaging with exhibitors from 51 countries and regions. The exhibition covers a space of 200,000 square meters with more than 3,000 exhibitors from over 50 countries and regions.

The event features several thematic sectors, including meat and seafood products, snacks and beverages, dairy products, sweets and chocolates, foodservice supply chain and ingredients, condiments and grains, among others. It also includes areas for coffee and tea, baking and light meals, food processing and packaging, prepackaged foods and central kitchens, canned foods and raw materials, machinery equipment, and hot pot ingredients and utensils, showcasing the latest developments and innovative products in the global food industry.
