The 13th Wuhan International Science Education Instruments and Technology Equipment Exhibition has successfully taken place 12 times, establishing itself as the annual event for the science education instrument and equipment industry in Wuhan. The previous exhibition concluded on March 28, 2024, covering nearly 20,000 square meters with around 400 exhibitors coming from universities, research institutes, quality inspection, disease control, corporate R&D, and nearly 100 visitor groups related to educational informatization. This exhibition also successfully hosted five academic forums, with a total of 12,000 professional visitors, showcasing the platform's value and responsibility in the industry.

Innovation in science education drives development. The 13th Wuhan Science Education Equipment Exhibition will continue to be held jointly with associations such as the Hubei Province University Laboratory Research Association. The A1 Hall will showcase scientific instruments and life sciences/biotechnology, while the A2-A3 halls will present laboratory equipment. Together with the Hubei Higher Education Association, we will create the "Hubei Higher Education Expo", with B1-B2 halls displaying educational equipment and smart campus technologies, aiming for greater scale and better impact to empower the industry.

As a major province in science and education, Hubei boasts 132 colleges and universities, over 3,600 research institutions, and 25,000 high-tech enterprises. In the global ranking of technological clusters, Wuhan has ranked 13th in the world and 5th in the country. Currently, Wuhan is accelerating the construction of a nationally influential scientific innovation center, and Hubei's digital education strategic action is in full swing, welcoming instrument and equipment manufacturers from home and abroad to participate.

Supporting activities for the event include several important academic forums: the 2025 University Laboratory Work Forum, the 2025 Digital Education Forum, and a 3D Printing Medical Forum, all of which will be held concurrently, inviting numerous experts and scholars as well as well-known enterprises to participate. Additionally, large-scale organized tours will be conducted with the provincial higher education association leading tours from 125 universities and 61 member institutions through their leadership in equipment departments, academic affairs offices, and information technology departments in scheduled group visits to the exhibition venue. Other research institutions, health and disease control units, quality inspection organizations, corporate R&D centers, and educational technology centers will also have free transport arranged by the organizing company.

The exhibition also has a robust invitation process for professional visitors, utilizing a database of thousands of precise audience contacts and previous core buyers, employing calls, text messages, social media platforms, and community networks to invite professionals. Key invitations will target professionals from post-secondary institutions, research institutes, and government departments responsible for quality inspection and health control to visit the laboratory equipment showcase, as well as education professionals from various educational centers.

The exhibition venue is located in the China Optics Valley in the East Lake High-Tech Zone, which surrounds eight major industrial parks, 42 universities, 56 national and provincial-level research institutions, hundreds of academicians, and over 200,000 professionals in technology and over 3,000 enterprises in sectors like optoelectronics and biomedicine. The exhibition covers a range of topics including instruments for molecular biology, cell biology, microbiological testing, clinical laboratory equipment, laboratory environmental and biological safety, bioengineering equipment, imaging systems, and various educational technologies and constructions.
