2026 Shenzhen International Urban Ecological Environment Smart Governance Exhibition

The Shenzhen (International) Urban Ecological Environment Smart Governance Exhibition is a benchmark professional exhibition in the domestic urban environmental management sector and a core exhibition of the 2026 Shenzhen International Ecological Environment Technology Industry Week. Since its inception in 2023, the exhibition has closely followed the themes of urban governance modernization and green low-carbon development, gradually evolving into a digital, international, and comprehensive service platform for urban ecological environment smart governance. It showcases the modern achievements of urban governance in China while facilitating global green industry resource connections and outputs of China's green development solutions.

Since its establishment, the exhibition has undergone significant developments. In 2023, the inaugural event broke new ground as the first comprehensive environmental industry exhibition led by urban management departments, covering an area of 45,000 square meters and attracting 55,000 visitors from 186 cities. It resulted in 30 cooperation intentions and facilitated the establishment of several enterprises in Shenzhen.

The 2024 exhibition accelerated its market-oriented transformation, expanding its internationalization efforts, covering an exhibition area of 40,000 square meters and attracting nearly 800 professionals from 300 cities, resulting in 36 partnership intentions with a total value of 300 million yuan. The first Shenzhen International AI Sanitation Robot Competition was held, enhancing the focus on professional attributes and industry aggregation.

In 2025, the exhibition adopted an innovative model of "dual-zone interaction and a combination of dynamic and static elements," expanding its area to 50,000 square meters and featuring over 150 exhibitors. Nearly 800 professionals attended, and 36 cooperation intentions were signed. High-level guests including academy members and former government officials participated, further bolstering the event's influence.

In 2026, the exhibition will undergo a strategic upgrade, named the Shenzhen (International) Urban Ecological Environment Smart Governance Exhibition. It will focus on the output and innovation of smart governance solutions, showcasing areas of digital cities, low-carbon technologies, and other trendy fields. A dedicated digital demonstration center will be established to exhibit real project impacts, marking a significant milestone in Shenzhen's green development goals.
