The 2026 Xinjiang Smart Power and New Power System Equipment and Technology Expo will soon take place in Xinjiang, themed "New Opportunities in Asia and Europe, New Future of Energy." The expo aims to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's discussions on national energy security and to realize the major strategies of peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality. The event will focus on the high-quality construction of national energy resource security bases and promote smart power construction, emphasizing cutting-edge technologies of new power systems and related services.
The exhibition will showcase advanced technologies and equipment from the domestic and international power and new energy sectors, providing quality enterprises the opportunity to seize market opportunities along the Silk Road and in Central and West Asia. Attendees will include government agencies, procurement personnel, scientific research institutions, experts, and design institutes, gathering for a high-level professional exchange.
The exhibition will feature various specialized areas including: a one-stop exhibition area for power distribution and transmission equipment (switchgear, low and high voltage equipment, transformers, etc.), an area for power IoT and data applications (big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, etc.), an electrical and manufacturing equipment area (maintenance tools, data machines, etc.), an area for intelligent inspection and emergency equipment (inspection robots, drones, etc.), an area for grid scheduling and control (SCADA, EMS, etc.), a charging and swapping equipment area for electric vehicles, a supporting area for power accessories, as well as exhibition areas for photovoltaic and wind energy equipment and other forms of power generation devices.
The expo is not only significant for demonstrating technologies and equipment but more importantly serves as a platform for interaction among upstream and downstream enterprises in the industry chain, contributing to promoting energy transformation and development in Xinjiang and beyond.
