The Xuzhou Huaihai International Expo Center is located at the junction of Hanyuan Avenue and Yuntai Road in Yunlong District, Xuzhou City. It is a 10-minute drive from Xuzhou East High-speed Railway Station and boasts 1,365 parking spaces. With the convenience of Metro Lines 5 and 6, the transportation is extremely convenient.
The Center boasts a total investment of 10 billion yuan, covering a total land area of 120.8 hectares and a total construction area of 674,100 square meters. The project is comprehensively planned and implemented in phases, adhering to the design concept of "a hub connecting nine provinces and five states". The first phase spans approximately 36.6 hectares (including 7.3 hectares of Pengzu Avenue), with a total construction area of 189,000 square meters. This includes an indoor net exhibition area of 66,000 square meters (comprising six standard exhibition halls, each with an indoor net exhibition area of 11,000 square meters) and supporting facilities such as a four-star hotel and a business hotel. The second phase spans approximately 84.2 hectares, with a total construction area of 485,100 square meters. This includes an indoor net exhibition area of 220,000 square meters (comprising 12 standard exhibition halls, each with an indoor net exhibition area of 15,000 square meters, and four standard exhibition halls, each with an indoor net exhibition area of 10,000 square meters) and a net outdoor exhibition area of 150,000 square meters.
The Center is an international comprehensive exhibition center that integrates various functions such as exhibitions, conferences, catering, entertainment, and cultural tourism. The Huaihai International Expo Center is committed to becoming a leading project that integrates international exhibitions, economic forums, headquarters economy, smart cities, and cultural tourism. It aims to become an important strategic platform and external display window for Xuzhou in the new era, helping Xuzhou to take a leading position globally in the field of equipment manufacturing industry exhibitions and contributing to the efforts to build Xuzhou as a "famous city for exhibitions in China" and an "exhibition city with significant influence along the Belt and Road".
