2026 International Green Building Materials Expo (Shanghai)

The 2026 International Green Building Materials Expo will be held in Shanghai, marking its 21st edition, with the theme of "Promoting High-Quality Real Estate Development" and embracing the concept of "Green and Low Carbon" while focusing on the construction of safe, comfortable, and intelligent "Good Houses." The expo aims to enhance housing quality through improvements in standards, design, materials, construction, and operation. Recently, cities across the country have been issuing architectural standards and normative documents, and cities like Shanghai and Chengdu are steadily advancing building policies.

The expo will feature an exhibition area of 20,000 square meters, expecting 300 participating brands and over 20,000 professional visitors, attracting professionals from government, industry associations, research institutions, developers, design firms, construction units, and decoration companies.

The exhibition will focus on three key areas: building energy efficiency, villa support, and health environment. In building energy efficiency, key innovations will include wall insulation, doors and windows, electromechanical systems, and renewable energy; regarding villa support, indoor decoration and high-end installations as well as smart home solutions will be showcased; and health environment will emphasize purification and improvement of air quality, water quality, and sound environment.

Furthermore, the expo will establish a comprehensive platform for industry chain connectivity, striving to become a display window for national green building developments and an important announcement platform for industry policies and outcomes.
