19th Shanghai International Starch and Starch Derivatives Exhibition

According to the latest "2023 China Starch Industry Market Analysis Report," China's total starch production reached 80 million tons in 2022 and is expected to continue growing at an annual rate of 5%, reaching 95 million tons by 2025. In this context, the 19th Shanghai International Starch and Starch Derivatives Exhibition will take place from June 24-26, 2025, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. Organized by the China Starch Industry Association, this exhibition is a significant international platform recognized for its authority and professionalism and plays a crucial role in the global starch industry. Leading enterprises worldwide will gather to explore trends, showcase the latest technologies and products, thus driving prosperity in China's and global starch industries.

The exhibition covers a wide range of starches and derivatives, including familiar potato, corn, and tapioca starches, and modified starches to meet the needs of various sectors like food, paper, textiles, and pharmaceuticals. Moreover, it will feature starch sugars such as sugar alcohols, functional oligosaccharides, and new sweeteners, alongside potato-based staples like buns, noodles, and creative foods.
