2025 China Bakery Exhibition (Autumn Session)

The China Bakery Exhibition is the pioneer of specialized exhibitions for the baking industry in China, with a history spanning nearly 30 years. After establishing a strategic partnership with Informa Group in 2021, the exhibition has expanded its scope by integrating resources from both the large-scale catering and food markets. This has helped create a broader "Bakery +" ecosystem, aiding the global baking industry in breaking down barriers. The 2025 China Bakery Exhibition (Autumn Session) will grandly take place from December 16 to 18, 2025, at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center (Baoan).

This year’s exhibition will be held simultaneously with the Bohan Shenzhen Joint Exhibition, showcasing multiple themes including baking, catering, hotels, furniture, gifts, and lifestyle. It aims to connect high-quality resources from eight major sectors: baking desserts and light meals, coffee and tea, beverage integration, food and catering ingredients, catering equipment, tableware supplies, alcoholic drinks, and gifts and lifestyle, thus reflecting the depth and breadth of the entire industry chain.

The exhibition will highlight a variety of baking products, including specialty flours, premixes, frozen dough, and various supplementary materials such as fillings, fruit additives, and canned fruits. It will also showcase various production equipment and packaging materials to help participating companies enhance their brand influence and market competitiveness.

Additionally, the exhibition will provide a premier platform for information exchange and trade, linking upstream and downstream industries in the domestic and international baking and food sectors to foster cooperation and development. Participating companies will have the opportunity to interact with professionals from various fields to address the constantly changing trends in the industry, driving innovation and growth.
