2025 Shanghai International Carbon Neutral Technology Exhibition

Developing a green low-carbon economy is crucial for advancing industrial optimization and upgrading, as well as serving the national "dual carbon" strategic goals. Against this backdrop, the newly established Shanghai International Carbon Neutral Technology Exhibition (CO expo China) is themed "Neutral Technology, Carbon Road to the Future." It aims to address the broad market demand through coordinating concurrent high-end industrial forums, promoting deep integration of industrial and innovation chains, and reinforcing the scientific and technological innovation that plays a key supportive role in the transformation towards a green low-carbon economy, thus fostering new momentum for the development of the green low-carbon industry.

The second edition of CO expo China took place from April 18-20, 2024, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, running concurrently with the prestigious China Environment Expo. The shared focus on pollution reduction and carbon reduction garnered numerous positive evaluations from participants. The third edition of the Shanghai International Carbon Neutral Technology Exhibition is scheduled for April 21-23, 2025, at the same venue, further driving the research and development of low-carbon, zero-carbon, and negative-carbon technologies, and skillfully building a high-end exchange platform that deeply integrates all parties in the green low-carbon industry.

At the same time, the "2025 Carbon Neutrality and Green Development Conference" will be held, inviting experts, scholars, institutions, and businesses from both China and abroad to engage in profound dialogues, set benchmarks, promote international cooperation, and build an international stage for technological exchange and collaboration.

The exhibition will cover the entire industrial chain, specifically showcasing:
1. Energy conversion: Enhancing the low-carbon efficiency of fossil fuels (oil, coal, natural gas).
2. Clean energy transition: Focusing on various alternatives such as biomass energy, hydrogen energy, nuclear energy, hydropower, wind power, and photovoltaics.
3. Construction of new power systems: Incorporating energy storage technology, ultra-high voltage transmission, and smart grids.
4. Energy saving and carbon reduction: Including energy management (energy-saving instruments, smart control systems, information systems), process transformation and technological upgrades (recycling raw material application, green manufacturing), resource recycling, and circular agriculture.
5. Carbon capture and utilization: Involving the utilization of carbon dioxide resources, development of low-carbon and negative-carbon technologies, etc.
6. Displays related to bio-based and biodegradable industries.
