The Shengze International Convention and Exhibition Center is located in the core area of the new town in Shengze Town. It covers an area of approximately 51,660 square meters, with a total construction area of 38,657 square meters. The center features a single integrated exhibition space of 10,000 square meters and stands at an overall height of 35 meters. Construction of the center officially began in 2011, making it the only modern convention facility in the Shengze region. It is fully equipped with comprehensive functions, including a main exhibition hall, office facilities, multifunctional conference halls, exhibition services, management offices, and equipment rooms.
The Shengze International Convention and Exhibition Center boasts multiple exhibition halls and conference areas:
- Main Exhibition Hall: Can accommodate over 400 standard exhibition booths, suitable for hosting various themed expos such as textiles, automobiles, real estate, home building materials, consumer goods, and daily necessities.
- Multifunctional Conference Halls: Located on the third and fourth floors, with a total area of approximately 15,000 square meters. These halls include more than 30 meeting rooms of different types and sizes, equipped with advanced facilities. They are ideal for conferences, seminars, reports, speeches, and press releases.
