Its architectural design incorporates elements of Huaiyan cuisine, using imagery such as "fish" and "tofu," as well as "waves" and "boats," showcasing a modern style while reflecting Huai'an's cultural heritage. The building's exterior features a layered, upward-curving arc structure, symbolizing "a fish leaping over the dragon gate" (a metaphor for success and progress). The eastern part of the building resembles a granary, symbolizing harvest and prosperity, and embodies Huai'an's thriving development.
