The Luohe International Convention and Exhibition Center is located on Songshan East Branch Road in Luohe City, covering an area of 315 acres with a total construction area of 38,800 square meters. Construction of the center began in March 2006, and it was officially put into use in April 2007. The center is divided into three functional areas: the exhibition area, the conference area, and the public activity area.
The exhibition hall has a height of 17.5 meters and an exhibition space of 15,000 square meters, capable of accommodating 600 international standard exhibition booths. The outdoor plaza, spanning 50,000 square meters, serves as an effective complement to the indoor exhibition space and provides nearly 500 parking spaces. The exhibition area is fully equipped with water, electricity, gas, telephone, and internet facilities, as well as comprehensive fire protection, air conditioning, security, and media information systems, meeting the needs of various types of exhibitions.
The conference area includes:
- Luohe Grand Theater: With 1,200 seats, it is equipped with world-class lighting and sound systems, suitable for high-profile performances and large conferences.
- Lecture Hall: With 470 seats and a simultaneous interpretation system, it is ideal for medium and small-sized conferences, banquets, and meetings.
- Multifunctional Hall: With an exhibition area of 2,400 square meters, it can host various business events, calligraphy and painting exhibitions, and art photography exhibitions. The second floor houses a library and a science museum, while the third floor features small exhibition rooms.
- Small Meeting Rooms and VIP Rooms: These rooms, with diverse styles, are suitable for leadership meetings, conference receptions, and business negotiations.
