The China Tianfu Agricultural Expo Park is located in Xinjin District, Chengdu, with a planned area of approximately 113 square kilometers, including a 13-square-kilometer core area. It serves as the permanent venue for the Sichuan Agricultural Expo and has been designated as one of Chengdu’s 66 municipal-level industrial functional zones.
The expo park includes the "2.5+X" square kilometer Tianfu Agricultural Expo Island, which aims to create a high-quality innovation space offering six key experience areas: exhibitions and conferences, agricultural technology and cultural creativity, lifestyle services, leisure tourism, and more. Its development philosophy integrates "three agricultures" (farmers, agriculture, and rural development), "three innovations" (innovation, entrepreneurship, and investment), "three cultures" (heritage, creativity, and tourism), and "three aspects of life" (production, living, and ecology), fostering a comprehensive synergy between agriculture, commerce, culture, tourism, sports, science, and education.
The Tianfu Agricultural Expo Park is envisioned as a "showcase platform" for Sichuan’s premier agricultural brands, a "window to the times" for Tianfu’s agricultural heritage, and a "rural expression" of Chengdu’s vision for a beautiful and livable park city.
